Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book a solar-panel wash with Postmil Solar LLC through www.postmilsolar.com or by phone.

The service

We wash rooftop solar arrays by appointment, typically Tuesday through Saturday. Posted prices are for the panel ranges on the booking form. More than fifty panels, or a count you are not sure of, is quoted on site. Price does not include extra access, unsafe roof conditions, or work we decline for safety.

Booking

Submitting the form requests a time. The visit is held when we confirm it by text or email. If weather or access stops the wash, we will reschedule. Cancel or move a visit by calling or texting (951) 542-3849.

SMS terms

By checking the SMS box on the booking form you agree to receive texts from Goldray Solar about booking confirmations, visit reminders, receipts, and crew updates about a scheduled wash. Message frequency varies. You typically receive 2–8 texts around each appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and we will stop promotional and appointment texts to that number. Consent is not required to book if you choose email instead. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Photos

The crew may photograph the array for the job file. Public examples use city and month only — not your name or street address.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, Goldray Solar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for carrier delays on texts. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
