Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Postmil Solar LLC (“Goldray Solar,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you book a solar-panel wash at www.postmilsolar.com or contact us by phone, text, or email.

Information we collect

When you book or message us, we may collect:

• Name, mobile number, email, and the service address for the visit
• Panel count, appointment date and time, and notes about the job
• Texts and emails we send or receive about that visit
• Photos the crew takes of the array (before/after and system readings)

How we use it

We use this information to schedule and perform the wash, send confirmations and reminders, send receipts, follow up on the job, and keep an internal crew book. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS / text messages

If you opt in, we send SMS about booking confirmations, visit reminders, receipts, and crew updates about a scheduled wash. Message frequency varies. You typically receive 2–8 texts around each appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and we will stop promotional and appointment texts to that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book without texts if you give us an email instead.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use vendors (such as a texting provider and an email provider) only to deliver messages you asked for.

Job photos on the public site

Recent-wash cards on the public site show city and month only. They do not show customer names, street addresses, phone numbers, or prices.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and job records as long as we need them to run the business and our books, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

Reply STOP to leave the text program. Email postmil.solar@gmail.com or call (951) 542-3849 to ask what we have on file, correct it, or ask us to delete what we can. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA.
